Since 1988, I have been registered as an independent lawyer in Hainburg an der Donau, where I work with an experienced team. Over the course of more than two decades, I have worked in almost all areas of law. I particularly handle property law, property dealings, commercial law, corporate law, insolvency law and general civil law.
My business clients particularly include project developers, real-estate agents, businesses, banks and insurance companies.
In the private customer sphere, I mainly handle:
- Property dealings, i.e. the establishment and execution of sales agreements on properties. As a registered trustee, I also assume trusteeships with banks and other financers in this context
- Inheritance law matters
- Marital and family law
- Tort and warranty law
- Criminal cases and criminal defence
- Representation before official Austrian courts and authorities
- For more than ten years, I have also worked for private and business clients from Slovakia. More than 30% of my clients are now from greater Bratislava.
